It can be used for many conditions, like depression or anxiety. But, we want to use it to control our eating habits, our cravings and for spotting our triggers and physical hunger cues.

Hara Hachi Bu. It basically means to stop eating when you’re 80% full. This is very good advice that I’ve started following with excellent results. Try it!
