Hello Everyone, this is Rick from The Weight Loss Mindset Podcast.
I hope you are all doing well. Sorry I haven’t sent out the newsletter recently, I had some personal issues come up like COVID etc.
Sometimes you don’t realize how precious your health is until something happens suddenly that wakes you up with a jolt.
I consider these sudden problems to be the best learning experiences. It may sound strange, but I’m always grateful for these life lessons. And because I hold this attitude in the face of adversity, I always become stronger after getting through it.
